When my nephew was born (5 years ago) my Mom started a sweet Christmas ornament tradition for her grandchildren. She asked the us (the parents) to choose a shape, object, or character for each grandchild, and she gives them the same themed ornament each year. We chose snowflakes for Hannah and snowmen for Graham. Hannah understands more this year and she really likes having some ornaments that she knows are hers. And when they're both grown up they will already have a collection of special ornaments of their own to take with them.These cute little hand painted ornaments above are their new ones for this year. Aren't they cute?
