In other news, Nathan will be getting a nasal (ng tube - nasal gastric) feeding tube later today. He's still just not eating enough, so the tube will be for night time feeding while he is sleeping. I will still bottle feed him during the daytime when he's awake, and as soon as he's eating enough on his own again the tube will be removed. I don't look forward to them putting the tube in, but it will be good to know that he's getting enough calories and not getting dehydrated which is bad for his heart.
And here he is with the tube. No fun getting it put in, but he settled down quickly while I rocked and fed him.
Max has to work tomorrow, so it's just me here with the little man. It's late and I'm waiting for him to fall asleep so I can take a shower and get ready for bed. I hope he's not becoming a little night owl!
