Mmm... That looks good.
This is a hands-free lunch for Nathan,
meaning he can do whatever he wants to with his hands.
It gets messy.
He likes to put his fingers in his mouth after every bite, rub his face and head, etc.
So, not every meal is hands-free, or he would need 3 baths a day!

But...
Nathan needs to learn how to put food in his own mouth.
He also needs lots of sensory experiences.
Textures don't seem to bother himwhether on his hands or in his mouth, which is great!
He knows how to pull our hands toward him when we are holding a spoon. He knows where food comes from.
He just doesn't go and get it with his own hands yet.
