Up until last weekend I had resolved to start a blog entitled Cooking In The Dark. Three weeks without overhead lighting in my kitchen was making me a little crazy. But thankfully Max was able to fix it, or rather replace and rewire the whole fixture last weekend. Ahhh... Light! There was a side effect of having the light problem resolved though. When we turned the power back on none of the kitchen outlets worked. Not a single one. The oven, refrigerator and microwave still work, but no visible outlet works. So frustrating. And comical. Now I'm making coffee in the laundry room! But at least I have coffee, right?
