HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Super Short December Re-cap

 

We actually put the tree up at the beginning of December,

so we got to enjoy it all month long.

How novel. :)

Nathan was on less & less medication, and it turns out that his default mood is HAPPY.

Yay for less sedation & more of the real Nathan!!!

My sweet girl turned 7 years old!!!

I'm not quite sure how this is possible, she is growing up soo fast.

I had a birthday too.  :)

Grandma & Pops came over on Christmas Day!!!

Max had a basketball injury.

He dislocated his ankle & broke his fibula.

He had surgery.

:(

We got snow on Christmas Day.  :)

We rang in the New Year with good friends and the traditional disco dance party.

Brief Nathan Update :)

He is just so adorable.
Sometimes its almost too much cuteness to stand.
He is doing really great at the moment - standing up, taking a few steps, SMILING at us!

LAUGHING.
No seizures for over a year, and just got off of one of his seizure meds. One down, one to go.
So alert!
So happy!
So playful!
I love this little guy so much.
What a blessing he is to our family!

Farewell to Will (for now)

 Max and Will met at their college dorm 21 years ago.  (I probably met him a year after that.)

Our kids ADORE him

We think he's pretty great too

Will just accepted a job in San Diego and moved last weekend.

We're really happy for this new opportunity for him, but we really miss him already.

We love you man!

Baby News

 Our new nephew (or cousin to the kids) was born at the end of October!  Baby Hiram is so sweet and a welcome addition to our family.  We look forward to watching him grow up.  :)
